It's not a message, it's a nightmare! "Your mom and dad are dead! It's your turn!"
The incident took place in the Kayaköy Neighborhood in the Fethiye district of Muğla at around 07:00 on June 29 last year. Özcan Aybey (42) went to the house of Şükrü Aysu (53), the father of his wife Nazlı Aybey (25), who is in the process of divorce.

According to the news in DHA, an argument broke out between Aybey and his father-in-law Şükrü Aysu. Şükrü Aysu's wife Adile Aysu (52) also went outside when she heard the voices. The argument quickly escalated into a fight.

Meanwhile, Özcan Aybey shot his father-in-law Şükrü Aysu and mother-in-law Adile Aysu one after the other with the gun he brought with him and then fled. His wife Nazlı Aybey, who was at home at the time of the incident and heard the gunshots, reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center.

Upon notification, many health and gendarmerie teams were dispatched to the area. Upon examination by the health teams, it was determined that the Aysu couple had lost their lives.

Escaping the scene, Özcan Aybey went to another villa and shot Muhammet Akbaba (49), who was working. The suspect then went to the house where Esat Ulu and Serdar Genç lived. Aybey saw him with a gun in his hand and injured Ulu and Genç with whom he had an argument and fled in his car. The injured Akbaba, Ulu and Genç were taken to a private hospital in the district and treated. Akbaba lost his life, the other two injured were discharged after their treatment.

Police teams that started an investigation into the incident found the car that Aybey escaped from abandoned in the forest in the Çalış area. Teams that focused their work in this area caught Özcan Aybey. While the bodies were being laid to rest, the suspect was arrested after the procedures.

The trial of Özcan Aybey, who is facing three aggravated life sentences for the crime of "deliberate killing with monstrous feeling" and two sentences of up to 15 years for the crime of "attempted deliberate killing" within the scope of the investigation into the deaths of 3 people, continued with the second hearing held today at the Fethiye 3rd High Criminal Court. While Özcan Aybey did not attend the hearing due to the treatment he was receiving at the hospital, the lawyers of the parties, Nazlı Aybey (25) and Nazlı Aybey's sister Nazifcan Aysu and the witness EA were present in the courtroom.

Nazlı Aybey stated that her husband had previously beaten her, put out cigarettes on her and that the lawsuits filed upon her complaint were ongoing. Aybey said, "My father and Özcan had a fight a day before the incident. Özcan pulled out a gun. My father said, 'If you're going to shoot, shoot, isn't it a life you're going to take?' We filed a complaint against Özcan. After this fight, we stayed at our neighbor EA's house because we were afraid due to the threats.
"My mother and father had left early in the morning. While I was at home, EA's wife said, 'Özcan is coming.' I hid. EA came out and Özcan asked for me. EA said I wasn't there. About 6 minutes after Özcan left, I heard gunshots. He sent me a message saying, 'Your mother and father died because of you, now it's your turn.'"
"WE HAVE COMPLAINED MANY TIMES"Nazifcan Aysu also said that Özcan Aybey called her many times and threatened her because of the fights, and said, "He sent me a text message saying, 'I will kill your mother and father. Who should I start with? Your mother? Your father? You?' We complained many times but it was not dealt with enough."
"HE LEFT WHEN I SWEARED THAT HE WAS NOT AT HOME"EA, who hosted Nazlı Aybey, her mother and father at her home on the day of the incident, was also heard as a witness in court. EA said, "Şükrü Aysu and her husband stayed with us the night before the incident. They had left early in the morning. When my husband woke me up while I was sleeping and told me Özcan had come, I went outside. He came with a gun in his hand and asked for Nazlı. When I swore that he was not at home, he left. A few minutes later, gunshots were heard. When I went to the scene, I saw that Şükrü Aysu and his wife had lost their lives."
The court board decided to continue Özcan Aybey's detention and adjourned the hearing.
